Every report is independently filterable and exportable to CSV. Nine of the twelve have documented contents below; Work Hours, Job Performance and PTO Report exist as distinct report types in the platform.
The depth shows up inside individual reports: Enhanced Punch flags exceptions with automatic tags, Service Report tracks a single shift across multiple job sites with a full route map, and Weekly Attendance offers a separate summary and details export. Each is covered below.

Automatic Shift Reconciliation Against Job Sites
Using real routing data, the report shows Distance From Job, Travel Time and Traffic Time for every punch. This is raw distance and elapsed time only, not a mileage reimbursement or dollar calculation.
Distance, travel time and traffic time are computed per punch against the job's address, not aggregated into a payable figure.
Dual-Point Location & Visual Verification
Every punch carries an in and out selfie photo alongside a map pin, so the reconciled distance and travel-time data sits next to visual and location confirmation for the same event.
In/out selfies and map pins are attached to the same punch record the distance and travel-time figures are computed from.
Automated Exception Tagging & Instant Flagging
Every punch record can carry one or more Tag chips, applied automatically based on where and how the punch happened. A clean punch carries no tag; a flagged one shows exactly what needs review, right inside the report row.
- Unscheduled Job
The punch was recorded against a job the employee wasn't scheduled to work.
- Geo Outside — Punch In/Out
The punch's location fell outside the job's configured geofence.
- Time Adjustment Rejected / Pending Approval
A requested edit to the punch time was rejected, or is still awaiting review.
- Job Adjustment Rejected
A requested change to the job the punch is tied to was rejected.
Break Duration carries its own pair, applied the same way to break start and end events:
- Geo Outside — Break Start/End — The break start or end fell outside the job's geofence.
- Auto Lunch Break — The break was inserted automatically rather than clocked by the employee.
Unified Shift & Attendance Reconciliation
Clicking a punch's map pin, tagged or not, opens a Punch Location modal: an embedded map, the Job Address, Distance From Job, Travel Time, Traffic Time, and the punch timestamp. Break Duration pins open the same panel for break-start and break-end events.
Two inline actions sit next to every punch row: a Time action that opens the Time Adjustment modal, and a Job action for reassigning the punch to a different job, plus a comment icon for session notes.
A tag tells you something needs review. The location modal is where you review it, without leaving the report.
Service Report nests every job an employee touched inside one punch session.
Service Report reads Employee Name, Punch-in Date & Time, Punch-out Date & Time, punch photos and a Route Map for each record. Its Check In/Out Activity column is a nested sub-list: a single punch-in-to-punch-out session can contain check-ins and check-outs across multiple jobs, two to five observed in one shift, each shown with its job code, job name, and a green Check In / red Check Out timestamp pair behind a camera icon.
Clicking a camera icon opens a lightbox with the single verification photo tied to that specific check-in or check-out event, not the whole session.
Point-to-point routing across the whole session, not just two pins.
The Route Map modal plots the full session on an embedded, toggleable Map/Satellite view, with a polyline connecting numbered pins in sequence.
Distance and Travel are raw mileage and elapsed minutes between consecutive events, never a dollar or reimbursement figure.
Weekly Attendance is the one report with two export buttons.
Weekly Attendance (screen title "Weekly Time & Attendance") filters by Employee and Week Ending Date, then renders a Weekly Records table: Employee Name, Monday through Sunday, and a Weekly Total. Each day cell shows the clock in-out range plus computed daily hours, for example "06:40 AM – 10:22 AM (3h 42m)", with days that had no punch showing a dash. The Weekly Total renders as a pill badge, for example "12h 17m".
Export CSV
The weekly summary: one row per employee, matching the on-screen table.
Export Details CSV
A second, separate export for the underlying detail rows behind each daily total, a variant no other report in the module offers.
Time Reports (screen title "Daily Time Report") sits next to it with a single Export CSV button and a Daily Time Records table distinguishing Net Worked from Total Worked, net excludes unpaid breaks, but without a details-CSV counterpart.
